Tracey has recently done some after-school care for my two primary aged children. She picked them both up from school and looked after them till we were home from work. Tracey was great. She was quick with her communication, punctual, helpful and reliable. She came round beforehand to meet the kids and to get to know our routine which I really appreciated. One of my children is autistic and Tracey was great with him because she has lots of SEN experience herself so that was another big added bonus.
