I am Nursery Nurse of 20 years and hold an NVQ Level 3 in Childhood Studies & Education. I have recently moved to a village location closer to my grown up daughter and am now looking for a full or part-time nannying position preferably working with young children. I enjoy the outdoors, gardening, baking, cooking a variety of balanced, healthy meals and walking.
My Experience
My experience is in Pre-Schools and Nurseries in the U.K and abroad with children aged 6 months to 5 years. My Childcare career began when my daughter was school aged and I chose to volunteer in a Pre-School, who later employed me, and I have worked solely in Early Years since. I am looking to join a family full or part-time on a permanent basis in the near future.

Alison came and looked after my daughter's aged 5 and 7 years old for a couple of weeks in the summer holidays. She arrived punctually and just stepped into looking after the girls with ease. My daughter's took to her straight away and had wonderful days baking cakes, playing games and going for walks in the park.
I felt content leaving the girls with Alison, while I went out to work all day and knew they were in safe hands.
Alison was very flexible and worked around my schedule and last minute changes to the agreed schedule, which was amazing.
When I got home at the end of the day, the girls were happy, the house was clean and tidy and everyone had had a great day. I would highly recommend Alison as a nanny to at other families.
