Hello, my name is Lauren. I am a trustworthy, reliable and caring person. I have a level 3 qualification in children’s learning and development. I have always grown up around children and have lots experience primarily from this.
When completing my level 3 I undertook many hours to gain experience ranging from 3 months to 11 year olds.
I also have paediatric first aid, safeguarding and many more courses listed below in the ‘qualifications’ section.
These are all certificates which are available on request.
I ensure I form positive relationships with both the parents and the children and adhere to their parenting strategy.
My Experience
I have worked in the childcare sector for 5 years now and have gained lots of experience along the way. I first began undertaking experience in a first school, nursery and then a childminders.
I then worked in the childminders which had a range of aged children from 3 months up to school age children. During my period of time here I cared for the children, completed learning journeys and did school drop off and pick ups.
I then went on to work in a nursery where I was a practitioner in a busy toddler room. After I left there I now currently work in a toddler room again as the room leader. Along the journey of my childcare experiences I have been a nanny and also offered babysitting services.
