About Me
I am a CIW registered childminder. I have 14 years experience as a paediatric nurse so your little one couldn’t be in safer hands. I offer a home from home environment helping your little ones transition into childcare as smooth as possible. A day in my care would be filled with fun, laughter. Lots of learning and development opportunities and of course support and a cuddles when needed. I live in Colwyn Bay with my husband and two children aged 8 and 12. We have two small dogs who have been brought up around my children and are very friendly. I do have a dog cage which they can be put in and they would never be left unsupervised with the children. I live in a detached property with a large garden that has lots of equipment and toys to keep your little ones amused. Collette’s cheeky cherubs
My Experience
I have been a registered paediatric nurse for 14
years. I have experience of working in both a hospital and community setting.
My most recent job was as a school nurse which has enabled me to have extensive knowledge around safeguarding.
I obviously have a very high level of first aid training so your little ones couldnt be in safer hands.
During my years as I nurse I have also developed an extensive knowledge around child development often being part of the team assessing and helping children with development needs or delays.
My Qualifications
Cypop5 - home based child care
Diploma in nursing (child branch)
Level 3 safeguarding
Paediatric first aid.
My Availability
I am available Monday - Friday. 8-17:30 although I am flexible to meet the needs of families.
