Does what it says on the bottle

Suzy came to the rescue when we were under real time pressure. I was due to start back at work part time and our predominantly breastfed four month old had recently stopped taking expressed milk by bottle, refusing with crying fits and leaving us worried she'd go hungry when I wasn't there. Our efforts employing different teats, bottles, locations and family members only seemed to make her more and more angry.

Our little girl responded well immediately to Suzy's manner - she is clearly brilliant with babies. Suzy guided my daughter and husband gently through a process to get her taking milk from the bottle again and in increasing volumes until she was taking full feeds.

We were impressed by Suzy's ability to help both an infant and stressed out parents while maintaining calm and understanding. She even kept me updated on what was my first day back at work with WhatsApp messages, pictures and videos to reassure me that my daughter was happy and in good hands. Her aftercare via WhatsApp kept us on track through the week that followed, answering questions and cheering us on.

We'd recommend Suzy's bottle refusal assistance highly and would sign up for her other services with confidence if we need them in future.
