About Me
I am a mother of three. I am looking for work to fit in around my children which can be worked around school breakfast club/after school club if necessary. I love children and am happy to look after pets too.
I am very interested in child psychology and attachment theory and have done extensive reading around the subject. As such I now choose to parent and care for other children in as calm a manner as possible, I don't punish but instead use communication to help guide children under my care. As a Nanny issues rarely arise but if they do I will deal with them in a manner consistent to your parenting style.
I am able to look after small groups of mixed age children including babies. I prefer to get children outside whenever possible so a typical day would nearly always involve a trip to the park and can include toddler groups or lessons too.
My Experience
I was an after school babysitter during my teens and I have been a parent myself for many years. I am currently nannying for special needs teenagers. I have been with this family for over 18 months and the children are now getting to a stage where they will no longer need a nanny.
My Qualifications
Current DBS and full uk driving licence. Non smoker.
My Availability
Available straight away for term time school hour positions . Longer hours by arrangement. Occasional weekend evenings are possible also.
I am not OFSTED registered.
