Hello,
I'm Maggie, a 31 year old mother to a toddler. I am passionate about working with children and have studied Steiner Education and am also a Forest School Leader.
I run a home education support group on a Wednesday and am looking for a little bit of extra work around this. Ideally I’d like to find a regular position 2-4hrs, once or twice a week.
I parent my own daughter using the Hand In Hand parenting approach which I deeply resonate with. I am happiest when I’m outdoors.
My Experience
I currently work with a group of children aged 6 - 11 years old as a home school educator.
I have worked at a couple of different Forest Schools assisting birthday parties and holiday clubs. The groups of children range between 3 and 12 years old.
I have much experience nannying children aged 2 and above.
I have 3 months experience working in Steiner Schools, practicing teaching with Class 2, 5 and 6.
I have a little experience working with autistic children.
I have also volunteered in Asia teaching English to children and adults.
I have a background of fine arts.

Foundation Degree in Fine Arts
My Availability
I am looking for a postition that fits around my currently responsibilities. I work Wednesdays term time.
During the school holidays I am available all week.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £11.00 per hour
- Nannying from £13.50 per hour (gross)
My fees are based upon what is required of me and the number of children I am looking after. If house cleaning is expected I may charge more.
For home school educating a will charge more.
