I’m a 24 year old living in Clapham/ Wandsworth area. I’m a Law graduate from Durham University and am currently completing the LPC. I’m available for babysitting in the evenings.
I have au pair/ nannying experience with children aged 0-6. I’m organised and highly motivated and enjoy entertaining little people - whether that’s baking cakes, playing outside, or reading story books in a blanket fort!
My Experience
Over summer 2018 I spent 9 weeks au-pairing for a family in the South of France; caring for a 4mo old (b), 2 year old (g) and 4 year old (b). I primarily looked after the two older children, taking them to the beach, the park, or the swimming pool. When the family went out I made sure all three were happy and the day was as easy as possible for the parents.
In summer 2019 I went back to the au-pair family when they were on holiday in Dartmouth for a week. The parents were often out for lunch or in restaurants, at this time I cooked for the children in the house or took them for picnics. I carried out bath and bedtime routines every evening.
I worked as a full time nanny for a little boy (2yrs) and baby girl (6mos) for summer 2020. I also nannied alongside my Masters Degree in Durham for 2 boys (3 and 5 years). I have completed potty training, encouraged good eating, developed social/emotional skills and ensured the little ones felt loved and secure in my care.
