I cannot recommend Michelle highly enough. My son was with Michelle for around 3.5 years until he started school and we will be back for every school holiday we can!
Michelle hits the perfect balance between giving the kids incredible experiences and activities, and providing a relaxing home from home environment. My son really flourished in his time here. He was so happy and so were we.
Michelle takes into account all the kids needs and personalities to creative a wonderful environment for them to grow and learn. Life at Michelle’s is like a second family for the kids and this is a great reassurance as a parent when leaving your children in childcare.

My daughter has been seeing Michelle for just over a year now and she absolutely loves it! Every time we get in the car she asks to go to mee mee’s house!
Michelle was so good when we settled her in age 1year, I was very nervous finding someone I could trust as I was new to Ashford coming from a Surrey background but I got a instant great gut feeling with Michelle. She is super professional, but still etreamly friendly with it. I receive daily updates on what my lo has been up to. The food served is always very healthy, games and interaction is fantastic! Lots of arts and crafts, games, outdoor play, trips to the local farms fantastic party’s! I could go on and on ! The house is spotless all the time, my husband and I can’t believe what Michelle and mark manage to fit into their day with the kids! Mark being the chef and Michelle taking care of the kids! It’s a fantastic team and I’m over the moon that I found Michelle and her wonderful family! If I could rate them out of 10 I’d vote 20 !!

I've been extremely happy with the care provided by Michelle for my 4 year old daughter. My daughter was always happy and bubbly at pick up and excited to go back. Michelle is very open, honest and approachable and made my little girl feel cared for and welcome. Highly recommended!

So grateful to have Michelle to look after my daughter! Michelle has been helping me for the last two years. Even though she moved to town from village - we are only too happy to follow her to make sure my girl continues to come to this friendly home. Kids never have a dull moment - always something on! Very safe, very clean house, full of love and laughter - I am so grateful to Michelle for her help. On several occasions, when I had to travel, Michelle was looking after my daughter for several days in a row, and my daughter is always looking forward to return to Michelle's home. Even better - if there ever is an occasion when Michelle is not available - her wonderful mom, also registered childminder, is there for backup. Highly recommended.

Michelle began looking after my daughter when she was only 13 months old and I was always totally happy with the level of care she received. She settled well and bonded with Michelle's boys.
She always came home exhausted from all the activities they'd been up to and was always bringing things home that she'd made. Michelle was brilliant at keeping me updated on everything they'd been up to, what my daughter had eaten, how long she'd slept for etc.
Michelle provided healthy home cooked meals for my daughter and had no problems accommodating her dairy intolerance.
Michelle's house was always spotlessly clean and tidy and she had a huge array of toys for the children.
I would totally recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a childminder.

I have been very happy with the care Mia has received, and the great progress she has made whilst in Michelle’s care. Michelle’s home was always welcoming, well organised and Mia had great fun playing with all the toys available and with the other children in her care.
She provided a wide, fun range of activities including plenty of outdoor exercise. I know Mia recently enjoyed sand and water play, arts and crafts, singing and dancing as well as outings to different animal parks like rare breeds, trips to feed the ducks and walks in the park.
Michelle is a great communicator and had no trouble in gaining Mia’s confidence and therefore encouraging good behaviour and kindness. Michelle knows how to respond with firm but kind discipline explaining what we would like to see, in terms which she understands.
Michelle completed a diary detailing what Mia had done each day. From this I had a complete picture of her whole day including what she had eaten, how long she had slept and all her activities. This helped me to feel involved with her care.
All in all I am thoroughly happy with the level of care Mia received. Michelle was also very flexible and was there for us when we needed her the most.

My wife Leanne and I found Michelle through this site.
Our son Oliver went with her aged 10 months old in October 2010 when my wife went back to work after maternity leave.
Michelle was the first childminder we 'visited/veted' and she was the last. Instantly we knew that she was trustworthy, caring, friendly, professional and 'the one' as leaving your child with someone who is a complete stranger is a dawnting thing I think.
Oliver was a little clingy to his mum and found it difficult to let go of her but Michelle was so patient, caring and understanding. Like the other review mentions, Oliver would always come home with things Michelle aka Mimi had made with her for mummy and daddy and it was such a piece of mind knowing that whilst we were at work Oliver was safe and having fun with Michelle.
I particularly liked (and looked forward to!) reading up on his day/ what he got up to/developments etc in the 'contact diary' that Michelle would fill in every day and Oliver would come home with. Oliver also had food intolerances that Michelle was more than happy and capable to accommodate.
If we hadn't have moved county then we would still be using Michelle!

Michelle has looked after my eldest son Robert for nearly 2 years and he has developed a special bond with her and also her son Preston. Michelle has been there for support after Robert was given the diagnosis of Autism 7 months ago and has been brilliant with him supporting him and he has blossomed with her as she has taken the time to help him and try to understand his needs. My youngest son Oliver has been with Michelle for the past 9 months and he is very relaxed going there and always up to lots of fun. I have got lots of pictures, paintings and things the boys have made with Michelle for Christmas, Mothers Day, Valentines Day and other occasions and she must have the patience of a saint with the little ones painting and glittering! Michelle is known as mi mi by both my boys and have tears when RObert wants to leave as he is having so much fun!

I'm Ania, my small children Zuzanna (3,5) and Jan (2) were with Michelle on last year. When they start were very small (Jasio - 8 months). It was a wonderfull time for my children. Michelle is very profesional and responsible woman, which treat child like her. With love and smile she care every child and try find for they best occupation. Many thanks Mimi for your care, help and love.
