I had a nice impression about Racheal on the phone. We agreed a face to face meeting, she first changed the date and then did not showed up at the second agreed date. She didn't respond to my calls, text messages. It wouldn't cost her a minute to send me a courtesy message to cancel the appointment or just send a simple message to let me know about her changed plans.
In any case, I can only wish her good luck for the future and advise her to act more professionally if she wants to continue to work with "vip clients" as she calls them.
