Does not stick to her word, very unreliable

Im so disappointed in the delays, excuses and last minute cancellations.

If we had known you were not going to turn up make excuses we would have not made time.

She mentioned she was offered a job and not available any longer.

Please be straight forward in future, parents look for trust, if you cant stick to a commitment how can anyone trust you with there children.

There was no last minute cancellation, other then a a family emergency which is never planned and being offered a job that is more then one day a week. I didn’t want to waste your time coming for the interview when I had accepted a job on the day you would need me.

I had messaged you on WhatsApp like you requested and yet you failed to continue to use the app, message me on iMessage and then take out your anger on me.

I didn’t call you at work because I didn’t want to disturb you and yet I get some aggressive messages for trying to be considerate.

It’s good to know what kind of people the parents are before taking a job, I guess you’ve shown your true colours when it comes to how you speak to other people.

A happy and committed person, amazing with the kid

We have had Fernanda take care of our children, was there first day and i will say. So far very impressed, her ability to relate and build such a quick trustable bond with the children.

Her positive and happy attitude is what made us choose her.
