Below are the reviews that R M 1988 has written.

My daughter started attended Kiwi's Care Club a few months shy of her second birthday. At the time, she did not have a very good relationship with food, as well as having number of food related issues. She was unwilling to try anything new, sticking to only a few familiar foods. Nyarai was not only able to introduce her to new foods, but got her to eat whole meals. She encouraged good eating habits, whilst taking her food sensitivities into consideration. Nyarai also offered advice on improving home meal times, including giving us recipes for meals my daughter enjoyed, whilst in the setting. When it was time to potty train, Nyarai discussed with me what I would like to do and if I felt my daughter was ready. We talked about the best way forward and what practices she uses in the setting, so we could jointly work together, to make the transition as smooth as possible. This worked amazingly, as we were able to potty train her in one month. The children regularly visit local libraries and Lewisham Market. This also includes the local parks, where in the summer they have picnics, as well as visits to Horniman Museum. Nyarai has proved to be invaluable, in helping to nurture and facilitate my daughter’s development.

Both my daughters started attending Carolyn's setting in September 2019 and have had a wonderful experience with her. They are well taken care of and always look forward to spending time there after school. They have built positive relationships with all members of staff as well as Carolyn's children. There are a variety of different activities that the children are able to take part in. There is also extensive outdoor space giving the children the ability to explore indoor and outdoor play. My eldest daughter has been able to extend her interest in knitting with a member of staff, who has encouraged her to continue with her practice outside of the setting. My youngest who has special dietary requirements has her needs met and is supported with her eating. Love to Learn is definitely a home from home, where my children feel comfortable and settled. They are safe, happy and thoroughly enjoy being around both children and staff.
