Hi, my name is Charlotte.
I'm a soon to be childminder in Wood Green (North London) in the process of completing my registration with a reputable childminding agency. I will also working alongside another registered childminder to offer the best possible care.
I currently work as a nanny in North London. I previously worked in a nursery setting in Bounds Green, with children aged 0-5years. However, I spent most of my time working with the babies and children aged upto two years. I have worked with children for the past 7 years and love being around them. I have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and follow this to track child development.
I have had experience working with children that are autistic and those with additional needs. I have worked alongside other professionals to help support the children and their families.

Charlotte came over for a trial for a full time nanny position (for a 7 year old and a young baby). She is young but efficient and did well! We went with someone a bit more experienced because of the age gap between the 2 children but she was our 2nd best candidate.
