Ilaria has been looking after our four year old son since last year after nursary hours and during nursary holidays. She is confident, reliable and trustworthy. She is energetic, imaganative and fun. She cooks lovely Italian pasta for our son and allows him help her with food preparation under close supervision. Before the lockdown, Ilaria was taking our son to the local park and library. She is brilliant in her communication with us, always letting us know about their whereabout. She keeps our son stimulated and entertained and plans in advance for her time with our son, bringing in interesting activities. My son has always enjoyed spending time with Ilaria. She has managed to establish her authoritiy with our son in a very tactful way and always praises our son’s good behaviour.

The first I met Ilaira for an interview, she seemed very friendly and had a very good communication skill with me and my child who is 3 years old. She gathered all the information about my child and what I would prefer/like her to do with my child and negotiated well about everything. The first day of babysitting, I was around for a little time and I saw that she was very gentle with my child and interacted so well which was impressive. Once I came back again after my work I saw that my child was super happy with Ilaria and I was so glad to see that, as it shows that she looked after my child very well. Once, she left my child was super excited and was telling me how they enjoyed their day. Super happy with Ilaria's service and was very impressed that she showed such professionalism. Recommend her to every parent who has to leave their child with a person to look after, because trust me the child is safe and happy with her.
