We were lucky enough to find Jenny to support our 17 month old baby boy in August 2019. As soon as I met Jenny I liked her warm, caring, calm and sincere personality. She has been a simply wonderful addition to our family over the last 4 months and I am deeply sad to be having to leave her at the end of November, as we have had a sudden change of personal circumstances which means we have to leave London, and her behind. I can vouch for Jenny wholeheartedly as a kind, friendly, fun and reliable person whom I wish we could take with us!
My son clearly adores her and I felt utterly confident leaving him in her care 3-4 full days a week whilst I went to work. Jenny did not let us down once – she is super reliable and committed to her role. She always went the extra mile with Charlie on a daily basis. Jenny would take Charlie to music classes, soft play, library groups and other activities relevant for his age group. She was super flexible and prepared nutritious and delicious meals for Charlie. She also always left Charlie’s play areas, his nursery and our kitchen immaculately tidy which was so appreciated at the end of a long day!
As a relatively new mum, it is so reassuring to be able to leave your son behind in the hands of someone you trust implicitly and someone whom your child clearly adores. I will miss her both personally and professionally – she always arrives with a smile and has such a lovely manner about her. I was always looking for the right balance of calm /sensible and fun/creative in a nanny and Jenny embodies all those qualities. She is a wonderfully natural nanny and I cannot recommend her more highly. I would happily speak over the phone if needed.
