When Teresa responded to our posting for an Aupair, it was clear she had limited experience but we took a chance on her as she seemed quite motivated. However, she demonstrated difficulty in following simple instructions, house rules, maintaining personal hygiene and basic hygiene standards in the care of a toddler and a five year old. She is quite determined but has a lot to learn for the future especially when it comes to understanding how to interact with children, using appropriate language and influencing them. We wish her good luck in her future endeavours.
