About Me
My name is Hester but most people call me Hetty. I am 25 years old and live in Exeter and hold a full driving licence. I work part time for the frontline ambulance service as an emergency care assistant, Allowing me to work flexibly. I am also finishing studying part time 'Certificate in Counselling' - something I'd like to pursue as a career one day. Before moving to Exeter I spent some time travelling, a passion of mine. My Experience
I have been working with children of all ages in many different jobs. I used to work as an activity instructor that specialises working with children and adults with special needs, we provided safe, fun activities like canoeing, climbing, mountain biking and many more to the ages of 5 and up.
I have also worked as a Camp councillor in America in a camp for children and adults with special needs, then moving to Canada I picked up lots of baby sitting shifts in the area as well as during the day working as a ski instructor for children and adults.
Currently I work with the emergency ambulance service working with all ranges of people in all kinds if circumstances!
For the last two years I have also volunteered at a youth club.
I am comfortable with all aspects of personal care, cooking, night time routines and happy to drive and have passengers.

My Qualifications
- Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Autism
- Level 3 BTEC in Outdoor Adventure and Outdoor Leadership
- Emergency first aid trained.
My Availability
I work shift work 25hrs. Days, lates and nights so it really varies! But I know my schedule at least 8 weeks in advance!
