Amazing, she is angelic.

Miriam joined us when our son was just over 2 weeks old. He was not breastfeeding at all and we were getting desperate by the day.
She helped him latch on the very first day she joined. By the end of that week, our son was breastfeeding and was having significantly more breast milk than before.
She is very good with new born babies, very warm, happy and engaging with them. She is knowledgable and very organised herself. She organised our son’s room, introduced a structure and routine for the day and the night. She gave us a lot of info, helped us organise our lives around our new born, trained us on many things like giving him a bath, changing nappies etc. And also took care of my wife, by making sure she was drinking plenty of water and eating well too. She advised us on ways to increase milk supply, on different products and helped us keep calm when things didn’t go to plan. And generally gave us lots of good tips and info.

We are sad Miriam is off to help another family but equally happy that another family gets her warmth, love and professional help. She takes her job seriously and goes the extra mile. We will be keeping in touch and we hope she will be around to help when we need her! Which I am sure we will.

i am so very glad i met miriam

Miriam is a superstar! She is everything you could hope for and much much more. She goes well above and beyond what would be expected of her.

Miriam is discreet, never imposed on our family, but was always there with a helpful gentle hand, a smile and a positive can-do attitude. All 5 of our children loved her and miss her greatly. She may just be the reason we have to have another child, just to be able to have her back in our house for a few weeks. Miriam was with us for 2.5 months, and the saddest day was the day she left us.

I envy any family that has the privilege of allowing Miriam into their household. You will look back on these precious days/weeks with her and will be filled with all the joys that parenthood brings with them. Miriam made parenting an entirely positive experience.

Our first few weeks of parenting

Miriam was an excellent help for the first 6 weeks with our newborn. She looked after the baby, ie burping, changing nappies, putting the baby down plus she has done the tidying, cleaning & washing for the baby as well.
She also introduced our baby to routine how to sleep through the night, which trained our newborn son to wake no more than one or two times a night

Best maternity nurse we've had by a mile

From the moment Miriam walked into the inteview, she was hired. Her megawatt smile, instant rapport with my older children and infectious enthusiasm, were enough to reassure me that I had found the one.....and she did not disappoint.

Arriving 6 weeks after the birth of our son, she put a frazzled family instantly at ease with her positive and professional 'can do' attitude. Over the next 6 weeks, she commited every minute of her employment to transforming our baby boy's noctural habits of feeding on demand and partying all night into a robust routine. She introduced distinct feeding, 'play' and sleep times throughout the day and was disciplined in her approach, stretching his feeds throughout the night. So, by the time she left us, the whole household were sleeping straight through from 8pm-6am!

Miriam is clearly passionate about her job which shines through in every aspect of her work; whether it's calmimg an agitated baby with her 'whispering'; advising a mother on self-care (something she gives equal importance to) or researching a random baby related topic in her own time, she will always give it 110%.

Miriam is happy go that extra mile; proactively mucking in with other family and household chores and caring for your precious baby as if it were her own. I would not hesitate to recommend her and would be delighted to use her again (if the time came!) Thank-you Miriam, you are one in a million.

Priscila changed our life!

We have been lucky to meet Priscila! She came to rescue us from a tough situation. Our 4 month old had reflux and colics and we never managed to have a smooth feed or sleep as he was always unsettled and uncomfortable with his tummy. This situation led us to have a very messy life, sleepless nights, feeding on demand even every hour. Since the first day Priscila changed our life, she finally got my son to have the bottle and introduced a nice routine that would help us manage his feeds and naps and have more knowledge on how much milk he was having. She taught my son to self-soothe and sleep through the night within a 2 weeks living in with us. She spent time to get to know him and did all this magic with a reassuring smile, calm and so love for our son. She is very talented and passionate on what she does and she puts a lot of effort into it. Beyond our expectations! I feel now a more confident mum and I have learned so much from Priscila.
