About Me
I am a kind, considerate and committed individual. My personal ethos for childcare focuses on a child lead approach, I place great importance on children discovering themselves and the mutual benefits of animals and families interacting. A lot of this came from my own upbringing on a farm and being one of five children. My background in childcare is extensive, and every experience aided in becoming a better and more informative practitioner.
I am devoted to working with families, building working relationships with all members based on trust and respect. I emphasise the importance of children’s right to play and express themselves, prioritising developing independence in children.
