About Me
I am a mature lady and married with four daughters aged 27, 25, 24 and 17. I am also a grandparent to two wonderful granddaughters. My passion is working with children to see them grow in confidence, knowledge and well being. I love to also keep fit by walking, circuit training and kayaking. my other interests involve winter outdoor sports and lawnmower racing. My Experience
.I have worked in early years in preschool and nursery environments for over twenty-five years and have kept up to date on courses like safeguarding, first aid. behaviour management, food hygiene, a foundation degree in early years and lots more that give me more knowledge. I have special needs experience in preschool settings. I have worked with children who have a speech impairment or English as an additional language I have helped to run an Irish dancing school, worked in a summer camp in St Swithin's for ages four to fourteen enjoying sports and arts and crafts I am now a sole charge nanny for a family of three children aged from one to seven doing nanny duties and cooking. I am fun, energetic and passionate about all the activities that children enjoy, like being outdoors, reading and science experiments.
My Qualifications
I have a Foundation Degree in Early Years, which I gained merit in. I have an updated DBS service. First aid. Food hygiene. Safeguarding. And a lot more courses that I redo every three years to keep my knowledge up to date and fresh.
