From the experience I already have, I have been recognised as a reliable, organised, and confident individual by various supervisors. I have gained the necessary skills such as being able to communicate with children, having patience, build bonds, and know how to care for their general well being. I also understand the importance of being a role model and am always coming up with new activities and games to play with children I work with.
My Experience
I currently work as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in a primary school working with children aged 7-8. Furthermore, I have completed various courses within the Childcare and Teaching sector and have just completed my Foundation degree. Through nursery and primary school work placements, I have experience with children aged from 10 months - 10 years. I also have a DBS check that is available upon request.
