Did not attend interview

We confirmed a date and time for an interview then on the day she did not attend. She did not even contact me to offer any explanation or apology.

I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied and disappointed with my oversight and not attending our arrangement to meet and also not contacting you. All I can do is apologise. I would have hoped we could have resolved it differently and I am happy to rearrange with you if you are able to give me another opportunity to make it right. However I understand if you do not wish to.

My Daughters love Valy so much

Valy looked after our daughters from Feb 2018 to Aug 2019. She was absolutely great; she became a part of our family. The girls used to refuse to go home with me when I pick them up in the evening and I can understand why. She is loving and caring and they were having so much fun with her. With trips to playgroups, the park, the library, soft play and picnics...etc. When my eldest started reception, she used to get excited about half term because she will spend it with Valy.
Fun stuff aside, Valy is very good at setting rules and boundaries and teaching kids manners. She is also very proactive, helping with school learning or suggesting development areas. My youngest was not very interested in books but Valy persisted. She now loves them.
Valy will always have a special place in our family!
