Sherma has been looking after my 5 month old son during the nights for a few months now. My son was 10 weeks premature and very low birth weight. When we found Sherma (through a recommendation of a friend who had also employed her), we knew immediately we were in good hands. Sherma is an absolutely wonderful maternity nurse. From the moment she came to us, she helped us address his severe reflux, checking teat sizes and bottles and assessing his routine/medications. She showed us how to swaddle and settle him and got him sleeping much better than we were able to previously. She's very punctual and very tidy. Even more, she genuinely loves babies and cares for them like you would care for your own. She developed such a special bond with my son who seems to settle immediately in her presence and I know she is genuinely caring for him. It allows me to rest easy.
