Diana took very good care of our son Hugo who was about 9 months old when we first met her in November 2019. She stayed with us six months until she went on maternity leave and built a strong bond with our son, who loved spending time with her, from day one. She was with us every weekday, picking Hugo up from the nursery early afternoons and stayed with him until we got home, finding suitable activities in the area, preparing him meals, giving him a bath and putting him to bed if need be.
We kept constant communication during the day, which was very much appreciated. She gave updates regularly on Hugo’s activities and feeding and sent photos and videos which was lovely and reassuring for a parent.
She is kind, caring and reliable and we would love to work with her again.
Overall
Javae worked with us during 2020, looking after our 1yr old son every day. She was great with him, patient, supportive and brought order to an otherwise chaotic time. She has a very calm manner and did everything we wanted and more, including preparing food (her immaculately laid out snack bowls were a hit), changing him and putting him to bed. She was patient enough to keep reading the same books over and over again, and singing the songs he wanted to hear. He adored her and was always sad when she left at the end of the day.
