My name is Rosie and i am a 31 year old doctor currently working with children. I have paediatric and neonatal life support qualifications. I am currently on a career break to do some teaching, and have moved to Manchester to do so.
Aside from my role as a doctor, whilst at university I worked for a local summer school with groups of children aged 8-18, taking them on day trips and activities so am used to responsibility and keeping kids entertained! I am very happy around children of all ages and love to play games/read stories/interact with the kids. I have some free evenings and weekends, and would love the chance to meet you and care for your children. Please contact me if interested.
My Experience
I have worked for eight years as a fully qualified doctor, including a 4 month job in children's medicine so feel comfortable caring for children of all ages and with any medical backgrounds. Prior to working as a doctor, I have also worked in a nursing home as a carer for 3 years, and for 2 years before that i did cooking and cleaning so i would be very happy to undertake some light chores and housework too. I also waitressed part-time for 4 years so hard-work and people skills are something that i am used to and perfectly comfortable with. I have also worked in a school for children with special needs for 2 years, with an age range of 11-18.
