Our baby boy has been going to Nimisha since he was 12 months old. She has been extremely patient and kind with settling him in and very flexible with accommodating our preferences and schedules. This has resulted in our baby developing a strong and beautiful bond with her and he clearly enjoys his time in her care. He is benefiting from Nimisha’s full time care now and has developed so much socially and physically. Nimisha pays great attention to providing a calm, clean, happy and engaging environment for the children in her care and has enabled the children to also bond beautifully with each other. She provides daily reports detailing all the activities they’ve done, how these translate into developmental skills, their amount of sleep, number of nappy changes, the food they’ve had etc. In this regard we are also very grateful to her for managing our child’s food allergies with the outmost care and professionalism. She communicates everything with us and we feel we can talk to her easily about anything regarding our child. I love how much our child’s manners and ways of communication have developed and are becoming better and better each day under her care. Every day at her house is exciting for our child and full of festivities. I truly believe that our child is like family to her and I have the highest level of trust in her. Her skills in childminding and her kindness towards our child and us are second to none.
