My Experience
I have been in childcare for 10 and a half years. I have been involved since I have been 15 years old. I have a nvq childcare level 2 qualification and level 3 childcare qualification. I have also got a leadership and management qualification. I have been supporting children with SEN and behavioural challenges. I have been on safeguarding courses as well as SEN, behavioural, activities and anything else you can think of. I am very passionate in childcare and would love to extend my knowledge use it with a family. I am SEN trained, a safeguarding lead and first aid trained.
