My Experience

I have been revolving my life around children since I was one myself. I have been a member of a dance community since I was 4 and enjoyed spending my time mentoring and looking after the younger ones. Throughout my teenage years I became a nanny for family members and looked after a range of age groups.
As soon as I left school I immediately began teaching as a volunteer and fell in love with the education and inspiration I was providing for the students. This led me to train to be a teacher full time which I am thoroughly passionate and enthusiastic about. I have worked as part of a creche and as a younger years sports/dance coach with David Lloyd Bolton. This is where I began to realise how much i enjoyed working with children and thought about nannying full time. I chose to pursue this love and worked as a nanny for two different family's, both with two children aged between 5 and 13. I loved being able to cook, clean and nurture them, helping with homework and providing social time and activities. I am creative and engaging and always looking for new and interesting ways to inspire children. I am eager to get back to helping families and being a part of new lives. I have nannyed many weddings and it is my favourite type of nannying to do. It provides you the comfort or relaxing and being in the moment but not feeling the guilt if your child being at home.

My Qualifications

I have obtained two degrees, one in performing arts (musical theatre) and the second in dance. I then continued to obtain my PGCE to become a qualified dance and PE teacher. I love allowing creative freedom and fun through the arts.

My Availability

I am now available for casual babysitting for events such as weddings, birthdays, christenings etc. I am also available at home babysitting.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £11.50 per hour

I have put my prices as a base fee however they are negotiable as I am aware of different family circumstances and needs etc.. I am a qualified teacher which I feel is a plus for all children and families as well as specialising in physical education and the arts so I can ensure children are healthy, active and engaged. For this reason I do charge more than others on here, however I believe I have the expertise to back it up.
