About Me
I am a Primary School Teacher in Sutton, currently in Year 2. I graduated from the University of Roehampton with a first class honors in BA(hons) Primary Education. I have had experience teaching in all primary school year groups for children varying in abilities and special educational needs.
I have also had previous experience as a tutor for 5 years - tutoring children from the age of 3 to 16 (math, reading and writing and fine / gross motor skills for younger children). Whilst being a tutor, I have also tutored children wishing to sit the 11+ exams for grammar schools, many of which are now at well known grammar schools. I am very passionate about helping children learn and develop, both academically and socially.
I am also an active person who enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle. In my spare time, I like to spend time with friends and family.
Being a primary school teachers means I'll be available over the summer holidays too!

My Experience
I am currently a Year 2 teacher teaching in Sutton, Surrey and have also taught in Year 3. I have had experience teaching in all primary year groups. I used to be a tutors 2 years ago for children aged 3-16 (in math, reading and writing) with differing abilities and special educational needs. I have also tutored many Year 5 children the 11+ curriculum, with many of them now in grammar schools.

My Availability
I am a class teacher Monday to Friday, therefore my availability would be after school hours (varying start time depending on distance). Due to the current pandemic, I am available for virtual tutoring online too. I am also willing to be available over the summer holidays to assist with catch up lessons.
