About Me
I am an outgoing and caring 23 year old student at the University of Leicester and am currently doing my Masters degree in International Human Rights Law. I have a love for psychology and have completed work experience in the Home and Cabinet Office working with the Counter-Terrorism and Serious and Organised Crime units. I also have a love for children and dogs and have had part time jobs as both a nanny and dog sitter in Leicester as well as Surrey where I live outside of term time. While I was at school I played netball and was heavily involved in the Combined Cadet Force programme. I was awarded with the responsibility of Head of School at St John’s Leatherhead and was University Netball Club President last year.
My Experience
I have had previous experience in nannying, babysitting and child minding. I babysit for my neighbours, and also for my teachers at my secondary school, who had a 2.5 year old boy and an 11 month year old baby. I have been a nanny for three families in Surrey and 1 in Leicester, ages ranging from 2 to 13 years old. I completed my red cross babysitting course and have been trained in First Aid through my schools CCF programme. My responsibilities whilst child minding were to feed both breakfast and dinner, drive to school, pick up from school, to help with homework, to play games and entertain the children and put them to bed. I can also do basic housework, such as washing, cleaning, walking dogs etc.
