Hi, my name is Chelsea-May and I am 22 years of age. I am a recent graduate from St.Mary’s University, where I also spent my time as a part time nanny for three different families. I currently work as a coach for a half term kids camp. I have strong communication, interpersonal and creativity skills, shown throughout my employment history and teacher volunteering. I am also a caring, thoughtful and attainable individual, supporting all those around me. I deal with difficult situations to the best of my ability, whilst also having a can-do, friendly and approachable attitude.
My Experience
Last May I achieved a First Class Joint Honours degree in Education Social Science and Business Management. During my time at university I worked part time as a nanny for two years, looking after kids from 3 different families. The children were both boys and girls whose ages ranged between 4-12 years old. I was responsible for collection, after school clubs, dinner, homework and bedtime routines. During sixth-form I was a tutor to both the SEN homework club and to year 12's who required extra help during our study breaks. I have also gained work experience at a local pre-school and have recently worked at a half term kids camp, where I am a group coach for both early years and older kids. Lastly, I have also travelled teaching English lessons to students in Thailand who were between 5-12 years of age.
My Qualifications
I have GCSE'S, A-levels and a First class joint honour degree in Education Social Science and Business Management. I also have my level 2 safeguarding and prevent training.
My Availability
I am currently free weekdays and weekends. However, only free on weekdays evenings and any time weekends during half term holidays.
