Ella made me feel relaxed and happy to leave my daughter, this is the first time using a childminder so initially I was nervous but she made Me and my daughter feel relaxed and safe. Her home is clean, warm and cosy my daughter settled in pretty much straight away and is always happy and excited to go to ella.
She was also very flexible as I work shifts.
