About Me
I am 21 years old, from Dorking, and I love spending time with children, doing arts and crafts, sports, baking, and exploring the outdoors with them. I am a student at the University of Leeds but home for the summer and looking to take on part time babysitting!
My Experience
I have worked as an Au Pair in the Canary Islands during my gap year, in which I looked after two children, aged 2 and 5. We liked to go to the beach together and play football, and I would give them informal English lessons.
During lockdown, I babysat two girls aged 3 and 6, helping with their homeschooling and keeping them entertained during the long days. We really liked baking and doing arts and crafts.
For two summers I have volunteered at the Chanctonbury Community Playscheme, a day care camp for children with special needs based in West Sussex.
My Qualifications
I have 3 A-Levels (A*A*A) and 10 GCSEs. I also have my Health and Safety Level 2, Food Safety Level 2, and have completed a course on food allergens. I am in the process of completing a paediatric first aid course.
