Highly recommended

Melanie was my children's Nanny for the past 7 months and they adored her! She always made time to do lots of fun activities that pleased 3 very different children. They never complained about me going to work which I think says a lot.

Melanie made my life so much easier returning to work. I always felt I could trust her and that she is totally in control of any situation. Melanie is very professional and organised, putting into place all the necessary paperwork etc.

I would highly recommend Melanie to anyone who is looking for childcare - she is wonderful!

Can I just add a Nanny/Childminder is only ever as good as her family will allow her to be. You allowed me into your home and embrased me with respect, kindness and warmth. How could I not do a good job?

I am so thrilled you gave me the opportunity of caring for your three amazing children. Your new Nanny will do a fantastic job and I only hope she enjoys your wonderful family as much as I did. We may only have been in partnership for a short amount of time Lea but the memories will be everlasting. "Be Happyxxx"

Melanie gave me soo nuch advice and support in finding a childminder. Although we were unable to work together, she went out of her way to accomodate us. Whoever gets melanie is a very lucky person!

Lovely lady, excellent childcare

I contacted Melanie whilst I was pregnant and met with her when I was 8 months pregnant. As a trainee teacher, who needed to go back to university as soon as possible she was very flexible and understanding. I cannot describe how easy she made it for me to go back, even though my little girl was only 2 weeks old! We were so happy with the level of care and communication that we received.

Thank you for everything and I would highly recommend Melanie to anyone! x

Helpful advice

Melanie was very responsive to my situation of wanting to find a childminder within a week for childcare to start in a month's time. Even though she could not help me herself, she immediately wrote me a helpful message on this site to direct me to someone who could who was in the right location for me. She is very enthusiastic about promoting good quality childcare and offered some helpful advice.
