About Me

Hi I am Jas an Ofsted registered childminder, called Cheeky Monkeys in Bessacarr. I am married with 2 children aged 10 & 13. I offer funded places for 2, 3 & 4 year olds, currently I have funded spaces available.
I am registered with Pacey. I provide before/after school/nursery pick up/ drop off services.

I provide a warm, friendly, safe and secure environment in which children can flourish and as such have a warm and welcoming home which is incredibly child focused.

My setting offers a well equipped playroom, a separate quite room for daytime naps, fully enclosed large rear garden, a range of fun and educational toys, Indoor and outdoor play. I offer regular outings to the local parks, play areas, play groups, local shops, libraries and many more.
(I have full driving licence and own car)

I offer lots of activities including - Arts and crafts, reading, dressing up, imaginative play, messy play, painting and play dough, baking, home corner, free play, role play and much more.

I like to encourage healthy eating as much as possible and a child's nutrition is of great importance to me. I provide good quality home cooked meals and snacks on a daily basis for the children.

All children receive individual learning outcomes, and are encouraged through various activities to reach their full potential in all areas on the EYFS.

All activities are linked to the early years foundation stage, and children aged 0-5 have their own development profile and daily diary. The daily diary ensures that i work in partnership with other settings, and also parents receive a full insight into their child’s daily activities and development.
