My Summary

My Experience

I have lots of experience with under 5's as I have just recently left my role as an early years practitioner in a children's centre in London. I have worked alongside families with different circumstances e.g. SEN, young parents, issues with mental health. I have valuable experience with babies and I am fully trained in both baby massage and baby yoga. At the children's centre I lead on sessions such as stay and plays, sensory groups, messy play, movement and dancing, singing and story time and many more! I have also gained many different qualifications and trainings to develop my practice through my current and previous job roles such as nutrition training, breastfeeding, pediatric first aid and safeguarding. My other previous role was in a private nursery setting as a nursery nurse and then also becoming a baby room leader. I worked alongside families and built up a great rapport with them to give their children a enriched early education.

My Qualifications

I received my Level 3 CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education in June 2011 and I received BBB. I also completed work experience during my 2 year Diploma in a private nursery (ages 3 months to 4 years) and a primary school in ages of children from Nursery to Year 1. This helped me gain the practical experience I needed to decide to move onto the Early Childhood studies degree I completed between September 2011 to June 2014. I gained a 2.2. in my BA Honours Early Childhood Studies Degree. I hold also hold my 3 relevant GCSE's Maths (C), English (BB) and Science (C) as well as other vocational GCSE's. I also hold a pediatric first aid and first aid at work qualification.

My Availability

I would be available after 5pm for childcare arrangements if a family would like something more consistent as I have a Full time job and that is 9 to 5. I would be happy to do weekday evenings after 5pm.
I would also be happy to work on adhoc saturday evenings (after 6pm) and on Sundays (all day/evening) for families, including overnight sits as well.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
• Nannying from £11.50 per hour (gross)

can be negotiable depending on hours needed and duties for the family. I am also open to overnight arrangements as well and would discuss this with families who may require this.
