Mads has been helping me with my 1 year old twins for nearly 5 months now twice a week. She has built up a good relationship with them and they’re always happy to see her. Mads fits in well with our family during her evening sessions and is happy to help out with things in the house that I inevitably don’t get round to doing !

Disappointed as we had good first contact and Abbie agreed to do the babysitting job, but then I didn’t hear anything from her (and still haven't a week later). Was left in the lurch and didn’t have any cover after having turned down other people. It would’ve been nice to just have a message saying she couldn’t do it any more.
