After I asked Jade what qualifications and at what level she had obtained in order to put my mind at rest that she was suitable, her response was “Yeah I’m not going to work for you”.
For a parent wanting to make sure my children are cared for by a suitable person, this is highly upsetting. I do hope you don’t conduct yourself in that way for every parent.
Highly unprofessional and rude. I will not be employing Jade for childcare

Unfortunately in situations like this when I have a parent questioning my ability, the rate I charge and my qualifications with constant back and forth and no progress being made and my questions going unanswered about what I can and can’t do (the week of Christmas which is my only time off) is quite frustrating. I’ll add to your “quote” and correct it by saying I said this; “Yeah I’m not going to work for you. Good luck with finding someone.” Yes I’ll agree it was abrupt however I don’t question you. All my qualifications and paperwork I have are advertised on the site. Genuinely I hope you with find someone to help you look after your children. Merry Christmas!
There was 23 of us in total which included 12 children of all ages.
She really does have so much love to give. Not only did she care for our children, she entertained and cared for my friends children.
Claire immediately put us at ease from first contact and she clearly is highly qualified and the most organised person we know. She brought a range of toys and games for all of the children which was great.
It’s such a shame we will only see Claire when we have large functions as we don’t live near but we can guarantee our friends who are local to her now have her booked. We booked Claire for Christmas and New Years and will be booking her again. The bond we now all have with our new born is stronger than ever and that’s all thanks to Claire. We can’t thank her enough for what she did for our family. I know our friends who live here will be booking Claire on a regular basis. What a gem!
I would have no hesitation in recommending Claire to anyone and I’m so pleased we found her.
