Hello!!! My name is Bonnie! I am very bubbly and energetic!! I hope to be similar to a big sister for your child/children.
I am a very active and independent person. I enjoy trying new things and exploring new places from spending the day walking around a city or going for long walks in the countryside. However, I also have a not so secret love for cooking whether it's a home-cooked meal or baking lemon cupcakes (according to my siblings my lemon cupcakes are my speciality ;)). Although I am a very active person who loves to laugh, smile, go to the theatre and explore new opportunities I am also very academically driven. I am determined to bring out the best of myself as well as others.
When I was at boarding school I was given the honour to be voted by the student body to receive both the Kindness Award and Friendship Award.
*** As I am a student, I am back home (Norfolk) for the summer from June to September 2023 as I will be returning to my studies in October ??
My Experience
When I wasn't at home I attended a boarding school (weekly/termly border), this is where I gained a lot of my childcare experience. I was voted/given the role of Student Head of the Boarding House. This role involved helping with getting ready in the morning, assisting with prep (homework time), getting ready for bed, bedtime stories are a must :), supporting through nightmares, homesickness, etc.
Essentially I was the big sister to all the students and I loved it!
I also spent three months during the summer being an Au Pair for a wonderful family with three children (3, 5 and 8 years old) in Italy.
In addition to this, I am also a current babysitter for a wonderful 10 year old girl back in Oxford (term time only).
