Pamela and her son Michael were fantastic! Warm, kind, and extremely caring. She was on time, professional, and put us completely at ease. She gave us updates via text, which was a nice way to keep us updated on our baby’s activities. She managed to get my son to feel comfortable around her which was a miracle. Highly highly recommend!
