I’m a postnatal doula supporting parents in the early days. The fourth trimester is a crucial time of need, and I can help by providing both practical and emotional support and ensuring a smooth transition. A little help can go along way and I am on hand to help you rest and recuperate, support and empower you. I can take care of baby while you get some much needed sleep or have a shower, *help to prepare nutritional meals or just listen over a cup of tea. Whatever you needs we can create a package that works for you and your family.
