Loretta is the best child care provider i have used since living in bedford. She helped my children behaviour making them more calmer and more respectful towards people and animals. She is great with children. She took my children to do activities after collecting my girls up from school. She has helped me personally by picking me up from work at times and drove me and my kids home , she a great listener and gives great advise and is very supportive . Literally no bad thing about her and what she does. Reasonable prices too. Highly recommend loretta child care services.
Also would like to say a huge thankyou to loretta for taking my kids on in a short notice and looking after my children. Its sad that we no longer need child care at this moment in time. If i did need childcare i would know where i would go to. Xx

Well what can I say apart from Loretta is absoustly amazing!! The best decision I made was to put my son into Loretta child minding services, she takes them all to many amazing, fun, and also learning activitys. my sons always been very happy to go to Lorettas.
Loretta engages with each child and understands all their individual needs.
I just want to say a massive thank you for everything you have done over the year an half you've taken care of Romai.

Thankyou so much! I’m really going to miss him and I definitely know he’s going to be a superstar pupil when he starts school in September 💫
Loretta is a lovely childminder, our little boy started last year and was really shy and since then he has started to really come out of his shell. Every day they are out and about doing something new and different, even when it’s raining she always finds something fun for them to do!
Our little boy always comes home happy and chatting constantly about a lovely day he’s had with loretta and the other children.
I will definitely be keeping her number saved for our littlest one when he is 18 months old, and also to recommend her to everyone!

Aww thankyou for your kind words. It’s much appreciated and I’ll definitely miss that cheeky chap!
Loretta was suggested to me by a family member; I was aware of how popular she is, so I was doubtful she would be available to help me. As it turned out, she was... and my son had "an adventure" every day with Loretta and the other children she looked after.
My son had been going through a very difficult time at school, so whilst waiting to start at another school, Loretta kindly met with us and agreed to look after my son for the temporary time. Loretta turned out to be what we both needed - for me, peace of mind, for my son, someone who took him to interesting places. It is no exaggeration that my son lived his best life during that time!
I can honestly say, I don't know how she does it - I have a hard time with my one child - nonetheless, definitely more than helped; Loretta helped bring my son's confidence back; she might argue he wasn't short of confidence, but I really saw the difference she made to him and us overall.
Genuinely, Loretta is down-to-earth and allows the children to be children; she also took great pics of their days out!

Aww thankyou so much for your lovely words. It’s so satisfying and much appreciated to know how I made a difference to you both while doing something I love.
Loretta, is a lovely child-minder, she looked after our little girl two days a week when I returned to work. The level of communication we received made the whole process so much easier, every day we got a full diary of everything she had done that day. This included lots of photos of her and her friends happily playing which is lovely and reassuring to see when you are apart from your child, especially in the early days. They are always out and about, socialising with other children and days full of varied activities. I would highly recommend Loretta to anyone looking for child care.

Thankyou for your kind words! We’re defiantly going to miss sweet girly as she’s been an absolute star and made our Grasmere Gang complete. As you said, hopefully she’ll be back soon once everything has settled down.
My son went to Loretta for 3 days a week, and every day he was with her he came home a very happy little boy, and he couldn't wait to tell me what they done that day. Loretta has taken him out every day he was with her, from going to feed the ducks, to train spotting, he loved going to her. On the days he was not going to Loretta he would ask me in the morning when i get him dressed:"mommy am i going to Loretta today?", and i say no, he would cry and say, but i love Loretta.
Thank you Loretta for being so loving and caring person. This little monster is missing you every day.

Awww thankyou I know he loved his time with us as you told me nearly every week what he used to say when not coming to me! Always a happy chappy and we’ll definitely miss his happy smiley face too!
My son is at Loretta for only one week and I can say that now I know how a Childminder should behave with little ones because I had a very bad experience before with another Childminder.
Loretta is lovely, the kids loves her, she’s tacking them each day to a different place, and they do lots of activities, go and feed the duck or go to soft play with no extra cost. I can tell that she is very passionate in what’s she’s doing, she’s not doing just for the money like others Childminder I had before.
Every day I received a picture or Christmas ornaments and lots of pictures and videos.
My little one was crying in the first days but she always was sending me photos reassuring me that after a few minutes he was fine, and it was really good for me, I could do my job that day without thinking if his still crying or not.

Thankyou for you lovely words. I can’t believe how well he’s settled-it’s like he’s been with us forever and fits in with the other children so well. I always try and reassure parents in any way I can and I’m so glad you’re happy with the service I provide. He really is a pleasure to care for :-)
My year old daughter had an overnight stay with Loretta. She made me feel at ease by sending her qualifications, sending videos of where my daughter would be staying etc and kept me updated while she had my daughter. She was able to pick up and drop off (as I do not drive) and my daughter came back very smiley.
100% recommend!!

Awww many thanks for the lovely review. I try to reassure parents as much as possible by sending pics/videos throughout the time their child is with me. Also I try to help parents by offering transport if I can. Girly was so sweet, smiley and well behaved so please contact me again if the need arises.
Our 5-year old son has been staying with Loretta for over a year now after school and during school holidays and absolutely loves it. Loretta always tries to find new activities (seasonal) to entertain the children and our son never gets bored. He has also met lots of new friends as Loretta cares for several other children and they all get on very well. I highly recommend Loretta's services if you are looking for a "feel at home" place for you child in the Kempston area.

Thankyou for your lovely review. We always have lots of fun and there’s never a dull moment! He’s a very sweet, well mannered boy who’s a pleasure to care for.
Prior to meeting Loretta, my daughter was afraid of cats, but Loretta found a way to make her feel comfortable and reassure her - by the end of her first day she enjoyed being around her fluffy cats and looked forward to going back.
My daughter always talks about Loretta and the various activities she enjoys with her such as Lego Club and going to local parks. She also likes playing in her garden, playing with the other children that Loretta cares for and looking after the cats. Loretta is chatty and always thinking about activities to do with the children and always suggests activities that I can do with my daughter on the weekends.
