arranged to visit then let down

I contacted this childminder for my son we arranged times placement available and the day we got given by childminder and time was good for me , to then recived a text message to say placement was now taken son was looking forward to coming .. must new another family was going to turn up 9am to take this place ... :(

Im sorry that you felt let down. Unfortunately the space got taken so there was little point you coming for a visit. I messaged you as soon as I had the call from the other family saying that they would like to take the space.
