I was very fortunate to find Barbara in Hinchley Wood, otherwise I was pretty much up the creek. As a single parent with a young boy going to school amd me working a full day in London I was desparate and everyone seemed to be full. .

She actually went out of her way to really help me and my son settle down in Hinchley Wood, even though he was older than her normal wards. I cant tell you enough about how supportive and her ability to work things out is in my humble opinion 'rock solid'.
