I have known Lauren for 5 years. During this time she has become a very good friend of mine. She is a very compassionate person and always shows kindness and support to those around around her. She is especially good with my children one of whom has autism. Lauren is extremely patient and understanding about my son's needs whilst always including my daughter and her own children. Lauren is a very honest, trustworthy and reliable person and in my opinion and from my experience with Lauren she would be an asset to any early years programme. For these reasons Lauren is one of the few people that myself and my husband will have mind our children.
