Gemma looked after our daughter Beatrice from 12m - 19m (when Gemma went on maternity leave). We had just moved to Twickenham from living overseas, and despite the huge amount of change Beatrice was experiencing, she settled very quickly which is credit to Gemma. In particular, I think her calm setting and manner, great homemade healthy food, and structure to the day really helped Beatrice to feel happy and comfortable.

Gemma has created a great environment in her home with lots of age-appropriate toys and activities, and plenty of space to play indoors and outdoors. I also really liked how Gemma took the children out and about to local playgroups/music sessions, and to the shops/school pick-up etc. It helped Beatrice to interact with other children in larger groups, and get used to normal day-to-day activities. She is incredibly organised and professional with her paperwork - as a parent, I really appreciated getting a written report when I collected Beatrice each day detailing her activities, food, nappies etc.

I really could not be happier with the care provided by Gemma and would highly recommend her to any family looking for excellent childcare!
