Amazing Childminder
Kim looks after my two little ones full time and I can honestly say from day one they have adored her and on a Monday morning they are very excited to be going to "Kimmies" to play, I have never had tears when dropping them off if anything some days I get them when i'm picking them up as they don't want to leave the fun. They honestly enjoy being around her and nothing is too much trouble for her (",)
The children love her playroom as she regularly changes all the toys around so there is always something new to play with and they are always out and about visiting parks or having play dates with other childminders by the time its home time they are normally so worn out they are ready for bed haha...
Its so lovely to be able to be at work each day without having to worry about them and checking my phone every 5 minutes x

I sincerely apologized and could not agree with you more that I let you down ! Had you have met me I could have explained that I have been going through some personal issues ! That I won’t go into . But after an amazing career over 23years and nothing but excellent and outstanding reviews ! And folders and folders of cards thank yous and reviews . It’s very sad that you felt you had to give me my 1st ever bad review when you don’t know me and never met me . If I can make a suggestion that in the future you meet your childcare provider before they look after your children ! Then you would not publicly assassinate a complete stranger who you have never met . I can assure you that I am a consummate professional! I have never ever let my parents down ! Even if I have flu I will battle on . But I have been going through some serious personal issues

I would have been happy for you to call me , I would have even pop over to explain what happened . You would never have written this . Iv worked so hard all my life and and I certainly would never try to give a bad review without knowing the facts . Especially when it’s somebody’s livelihood.
