My perception about childcare was changed by Safina and Fiasal. I was first time mom who had lost a twin in her delivery and finding it hard to trust anyone with one of my living twin. Both Safina and Faisal are the epitome in childcare and provides most superlative care for the children they keeps under their care.
I remember a time when I looking for help and all baffled for my son who was 17 months already and very hyper active and was not speaking a single word. They welcomed my son with open arms and embraced him as their son and spend their endless time and effort in nurturing good manners, speech, rhymes, social skills and academic abilities ( craft, numbers, spellings, phonic to name the least). My son is currently 40 months and I have seen him blossom for last 22 months with Safina and Faisal. The couple are God people as in my difficult days have provide free childcare to ensure my son is not deprived of growth and learning during parents difficult time.
Today my son is looked up to in many places as an example of how his second mom Safina shaped him with her relentless efforts. He is not only independent in his daily tasks ( shoes , writing, cutting, but goes a mile ahead to tell me who is the Prime Minister of UK (David Cameron) and Novac Djockavic plays tennis.
I would be indebted to Safina and Faisal whole my life and I hope they can keep him under their care and blessing till he grows up to a teenager. I would strongly recommend the couple as they are the best in the industry and exceed even Outstanding rating which Ofsted can provide.

Safina has been a great teacher for my kids. My younger who was just 2+ when she joined Safina, but Safina put all her efforts to make her learn rhymes, stories, dancing, coloring and so many things. Now when we are back to our home country, we had a rigorous school admission procedure where they take entrance test for kids and judge their motor skills, hand-eye co-ordination, color sense, speaking, singing and so many things. My daughter did very well in all these areas and got selected in the best school in the city. I am very happy for her and all credit goes to Safina who taught her all these things in a proper manner which made learning a fun for my daughter.
If I talk about Faisal then I will say he embedded moral values in both my daughters. There are so many things which some times we do wrong in our daily routine and we don't even realize that. But Faisal used to make those small but valuable corrections in their speaking & actions which added value to their character & personality as whole. Just for an example that my elder one if doesn't like eating any dish then she used to say 'It's yakky!, Please don't give that to me'. But Faisal made a correction to her statement and taught her not to say that sentence as something which is yukky for you may be yummy for the other person. And if you say like this to a dish then the other person may not feel good. That was something that I myself had not realized ever but thanks to Faisal for making me and my kids understand this and many more such valuable things which we will remember and follow forever.
Thanks again to both Safina & Faisal for their teachings & knowledge to my children.

The day my both daughters joined Safina & Faisal, I got the peace of my mind as I was ensured that my angels are in safe hands.
From day 1 itself I could see positive change in my kids whether their language, their day to day behavior, they way of talking, eating, etc etc. Everything started progressing towards a positive growth for them.
My younger one was js 2 years old when she joined them and she didn't even used to speak much. Whatever few words she knew were hindi only. It was a major challenge for her to get accommodated in this English country. Thanks to Safina & Faisal and their continuous & dedicated efforts which made her learn the language, understand it and also speak it later on. This is the best gift they have given to my child.
Apart from all learnings & knowledge sharings, they took the best possible care of both my daughters, whether it is their diet, clothes or nappie, everything was always perfect.
Special thanks to Faisal for making my daughters fall in love & respect for you. As soon as we used to Faisal uncle is about to come to pick you up for the child minder, they used to get all excited and charged up and get ready quickly.
Special dishes made by Safina are still remembered by my elder one who used to say Aunty makes yummy pasta :-)
The two angels of Safina & Faisal were an added attraction for my daughters to spend time in child minder as both of them are lovely girls and they had good tuning with my girls.
The time we spent on our last meeting at your home is the best evening we had in London.Your dinner, Haroon's special tea, those yummy snacky strips, everything was too good. The comfortable and informal environment you people gave to us that day made us feel a part of your family. The time was short and next day was a working day for all, otherwise we would have spent the whole night just talking, talking & talking.
When we were going through a rough time w.r.t our landlord, at that time the encouraging and supporting words from Faisal gave us strength and direction to fight with that tough phase. We will never forget those words. Hardly we find people in a new country who don't belong to your own country but still come forward to help you and support you in your bad times. Safina & Faisal are such great example.
When were all set to leave for airport to return back to our country, Safina came just in time to wish us happy journey and say good bye. This gesture of hers was really heart whelming to take out time from her very busy schedule and come to meet us in our last minutes and also gave gifts to my both the girls. I have kept that safe & intact and wish to use that whenever in life we will be back to your place & meet you again :-).
I can keep on writing & writing about this great couple & family I should say. Words are short but their kindness and sense of care & love is huge.
I will end here saying a BIG BIG THANK YOU to Safina, Faisal, Haroon, Rahim & Harim. Lots of luv to this family. May God shower his best on you all always. We feel fortunate & proud to know you and wish to see you and meet you again at least once more in life time. Stay Blessed ! Stay Connected !

First of all very sorry to Safina & Faisal for writing this so late. My apologies please. At the same time of year last year I was looking for a child care facility in London for my two daughters who were 2 yrs & 6 yrs then. I was very worried for my angels as they had never stayed away from home and that too for more than 8 hours per day. For us the country itself was new and then finding a right place for our kids was a major challenge.
Thanks to this website where I found Safina. From day 1 itself my both daughters were very happy to go there and spend the whole day with them. Safina & Faisal understood our needs and agreed to do a door to door pick & drop as well which was a big help for us as our work location was too far from home location.
Then my elder one joined the school and there came another challenge of dropping her to school and picking up from there. Thanks again to Safina, Faisal who agreed and somehow managed to do that also for us otherwise it would have been very difficult for us to handle school & work both.
In this way I would say Safina & Faisal provided us a very customized or I should say a Tailor Made Package especially for us !!

Safina and Faisal have been looking after of my son very nicely .My son never creates problem going to her and someday he does not even want to come back when I go to pick him up:-(:-(
I love the homely environment, there's always a variety of stimulating toys and fun things to do.
Safina gives me update what he has done each day. From this I have had a complete picture of her whole day including what he has eaten, how long he has slept and all his activities. This helped me to feel involved with her care and that I could talk to her about him.She sends cute pics and Videos of him and that really brings an instant smile on my face on a busy day at work.
Because of my son's not likeness for food Safina and Faisal have taken extra effort and time feeding him and making sure he had a healthy diet though out the day.
Very happy and satisfied...Thank You both!!

Me and My Wife go for full time work. My daughter started going to Safina since she is 11 months.
My daughter took time to settlement but, Safina was absolutely patient with little one and she kept so much time for my little one to settle properly.
She is quite flexible and understands the child properly and does the best to child.
She even guides us in right way giving some tips/suggestion about child-care so, that we can be on one chord to give best for little one.
She gives us proper feedback when I go to pick her up, so I know what she did during the day.
She is a very good cook, my daughter likes whatever she gives for lunch. She makes everything home, fresh and clean.
When I said, she is bit under Wight for her age, she took extra effort to make sure my daughter is fed properly. Really so nice of her to this.
She works with passion not just for a sake of job. We hardly find these kind of child-minders.
She engages little one in many activities during the day. Rhymes, stories, playing , reading books.
While I am writing about Safina, I have smile on my face, happiness in my heart that daughter taken care properly and peace in mind that she is in safe hands.

Safina is an excellent childminder and I am so happy I found her when we newly moved to this country. My son easily settled with Safina and Faisal and now he is very attached to them. Safina gives regular updates on his progress and provides valuable feedbacks and advises so I can practice certain activities at home with my son after my busy work schedule. She and Faisal are very friendly and warm and always willing to help. They offer lot of activities at the day care and organize events at her place which helps kids to be more interactive.She and Faisal has taken good initiative in improving my sons eating habits as well.I trust her a lot as for any parents safety of their kids is most important. Further she strongly promotes early education and communication like reading including phonics and books and writing with fun activities . She also supports children with speech and language difficulty and English as an additional language. Overall I would strongly recommend Safina to any one looking for a reliable childminder. The rating 'Outstanding ' is just not enough for our childminder Safina and Faisal . they are absolutely superb. My husband and I have been absolutely delighted by the standard of care. they have been looking after our son who is now nearly 3 years old .
their home is just the perfect setting. It is cosy and safe with lots of toys and games and books provided and a lovely garden with a sandpit, slide, trampoline, swing, water and washing pit, bikes and lots of other out door toys. they treat him like one of their own. Every day they fill in a diary updating me on what they've been up to and there's a real variety of fun learning activities, especially arts and crafts , music and educational activities like reading phonics and number stories . safina takes all children's out and about to toddler and music groups in local children centre and church. We regularly receive photographs which they have taken during the play with the other children and they always looks so so happy and content and busy. She also sends home artwork that childrens have done at least twice a week so our Kitchen is now like an art gallery. Since going to safina my son has really, really developed in terms of socialising, discovery, chatting , confidence and eating . I really believe that safina has played a huge role in his development. She's also gone the extra mile for us many times, keeping him a bit later at short notice or helping us when we were stuck for a babysitter, even running us all home when the trains were off. She always has new ideas of fun things to do with the children she's looking after. My husband loves picking him up and dropping him off as he says the lovely atmosphere in their home is exactly what is needed before and after a day at the office.
In short Safina and Faisal are everything that anyone could want in terms of childminder. I just cannot rate her highly enough. they are friendly, loving, creative, reliable and very quick thinking and level headed and a delight to be around, always offering first class standards of care and service

Safina has cared for our children since April/May 14 . Safina and Faisal are both caring, loving and dedicated childminders. I have watched our daughters flourish being in their care. I enjoy reading the daily reports given to me on our daughters progress. My daughters enjoy being with them. . my daughters loves to explore and play specially the puppet show, reading, writing and story times. they both are very good to deal with children's challenging behaviour .
We are very happy and satisfied with the services provided by both of them.

Safina tinybees provides an amazing childminder service- simply the best that I have utilised to date for my son Henry! She provides a very stable and homely environment for the children but brings a strong element of education into the setting which is very rare to find. Henry came on leaps and bounds all round post attending the setting and myself and his father could not be happier with the progress that he made during the time that he was there. Henry was always very happy to attend Safina tinybees and Safina tinybees was always very accommodating to us as parents. I would highly recommended Safina tinybees to anyone.
