I am an Outstanding Ofsted Registered Childminder. Inspected June 2022.
I live in Kingston upon Thames (KT2), with my husband and 2 daughters aged 11 & 7.
I enjoy walks around the park and to the river, playing and exploring music, sensory play and crafts.
I love to go and take the children to playgroups where they can interact and socialise with other children.
I have a warm and caring home from home environment, which enables children to feel safe and secure.

Sophie is a star! My daughter started with Sophie when she was 13 months old and spent one special year in her care. From day one of meeting Sophie I knew that she was a warm and compassionate person and that I could envisage leaving my daughter with her.
After one settling in session Delilah was so happy, she had a whale of a time and didn't want to go home with me! That was so reassuring and I knew she would be fine.
Delilah settled in so quickly. When I went off to work, I knew she was in good hands.
She was always so happy when I picked her up I knew she'd had lots of fun.
Sophie always went above and beyond to make sure that Delilahs needs were met. For example; she helped her to overcome her food dislikes, making notes if something was successful or not. Delilah is now a lot less picky and eats several different fruits whereas before she only ate banana!
Sophie was great at providing day to day activities, each week there was a fun, educational theme.
Sophie and her family were so kind and welcoming it felt like Delilah was treated like a member of the family.
Unfortunately when we had to leave Sophie due to a change in work situation, Sophie made a big fuss and threw Delilah a little farewell party which was so special (had things of been different I definitely would have kept Delilah there longer).
Even now, Delilah still talks about Sophie and her family and the little friends she made.
I couldn't recommend Sophie enough, she is excellent at what she does and we will miss her so much. We'll take very special memories with us to treasure forever ❤️

I absolutely loved looking after Delilah, and enjoyed watching and helping her grow into a lovely, bright, funny little girl <3
I will treasure the memories of Delilah and I wish her all the best for her future :)
Sophie has been our childminder since my daughter was 10 months old: she is now 3 and due to start nursery school! The level of care and expertise that Sophie brings to her job is second to none. In her wonderful setting our daughter has been surrounded by fun and engaging activities, toys, books and plenty of visits to playgroups. Sophie’s own children are a delight and my little girl loved being around them.
I cannot praise the care my daughter has received highly enough.
