Pattie has been looking after our daughter Serena (9 months old) since the beginning of September. From our experience Pattie is a very caring and welcoming lady and we would highly recommend her and her lovely home setting, which she dedicates to the children.

The initial settling-in period is daunting for any parent but we were very quickly put at ease and welcomed into her home from day one. We get daily pictures and occasional videos of Serena having fun and we also get a ‘handover’ at the end of the day so we know how much food and sleep Serena has had. For us this communication is key and we feel lucky to have found such a nice lady.
